Property Giants Back South’s Biggest Conference

Two big names in the property industry have announced they will be backing the south’s ‘biggest property conference.

Pagabo, the UK’s leading procurement specialist and Morgan Sindall Construction, the UK’s leading construction and regeneration company, have been revealed as main sponsors of the South Coast CPS property show and conference when it returns to St. Mary’s Stadium on Thursday 13th November.

Following compliant procurement through a Pagabo managed construction framework, Morgan Sindall are working on a multi-million-pound upgrade to the Southampton Outdoor Sports Centre, the council’s most recent investment in the city’s regeneration. Throughout the project, early contractor involvement has enabled both Pagabo and Morgan Sindall to drive efficiency, value and impact of public spending in the region.

Morgan Sindall has also partnered with Redbridge Community School to invest in the construction industry’s next generation of talent by delivering work placements, in-school activities and site visits to pupils – a project backed by MP for Southampton Test Satvir Kaur.

Area Director at Morgan Sindall Clifford Kinch said: “We’re delighted to lend our support to South Coast CPS this year. The scale of the conference is truly remarkable and it’s a must-attend for anyone in our industry. It’s a real showcase of what the south coast has the potential to look like with the right strategy, skills and planning.”

Head of Delivery for South of England at Pagabo Ben Jones said: “Our partnership with South Coast CPS is one we’re immensely proud of. In our role as a leading procurement specialist, we compliantly connect the public sector with pre-approved supply chain partners. By headlining an event which brings together leaders in the built environment who are able to bring our vision for the region’s future to life – it’s clear to see the positive impact an event such as this will have.”

With more than 1,500 attendees expected, this year’s South Coast CPS conference will be honing in on hot topics such as devolution and how this will impact local planning, sustainable housing, built-to-rent (BTR) opportunities, commercial market trends and opportunities at the south’s freeports.
